Friends, I am so excited to finally get to share the cover of my next book with you! @gallerybooks did an incredible job capturing the feel of this novel in an image, and I can’t wait to see it on a shelf next to The People We Keep! After The People We Keep, I worried I’d never love new characters the way I love April, Ethan, Carly & Margo. But I think I might love Freya, Aubrey, Jam, Eddie, Bee & Shray even more. It took me a gazillion years to choose an author photo for my new book, because @helennamsantos took so many amazing pictures when we met up for our photo shoot adventure and every single one seemed to tell a story. But this one in particular feels like the right match for my new story. I also think it reflects who I am now. No touch ups. No filters. Just me, at 47, settled into my skin, a heck of a lot stronger than I used to be. #authorsofinstagram
